COMMON GROUND:
Navigating Social Anxiety &
Finding Your People
About the Common Ground Program
Social anxiety often goes unseen, but can affect how you move through the world every day. More than just shyness or nerves, social anxiety shapes conversations, decisions, relationships, and, even the opportunities you take.
For our community, fears of rejection, embarrassment and discrimination are often based on real past experiences. It’s not a character flaw - it’s a nervous system survival response, and people with social anxiety are often highly aware, thoughtful and capable. We can help you navigate the internal pressures that others may not notice, and build in some self compassion at the same time.
Common Ground is a free, 4-week online program for Two-Spirit, trans, and gender diverse adults (18+) that will provide techniques for navigating social anxiety, moving from anxiety to the growth zone, and building confidence and connection through action.
The program is offered at no cost to participants. Spots are limited.
