Job Responsibilities:

Client and Delivery Management
• Execute BOWEN Group’s strategic plans and promote the mission and values of the organization both internally and externally
• Conduct market research and analysis specific to the local market
• Stay up to date with external and internal developments to identify new business opportunities
• Identify and qualify key influencers and/or decision makers in prospective companies via phone, email and social media for the purpose of lead generation
• Maintain and develop a thorough knowledge of service offerings and act as a subject matter expert for internal and external inquiries
• Ability to dive deep into clients’ needs, understanding and overcoming objections as required
• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure KPI targets are met

Administrative Management
• Create and manage job and industry specific call lists and talk tracks
• Prepare and deliver status reports on all research, sales initiatives and marketing programs to senior management
• Assist and participate in promotional events and industry trade shows
• Ensure CRM data is always current and accurate
• Monitor purchasing sites for qualified opportunities
• Support all aspects of proposals, projects and RFP processes

Candidate Qualifications:
• Post secondary education or equivalent, applicable working experience
• Minimum five+ years of experience in business development
• Excellent written and oral communication skills along with client presentation experience
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe products, and CRM systems
• Strong ability to navigate, search and network via various social media platforms
• Previous experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an asset
• Staffing industry experience is an asset
