CATTY:
Creative Art Therapy
for Trans Youth

Creative Art Therapy for Trans Youth (CATTY) is a program for trans and gender diverse youth 13-17 which provides the opportunity to explore and growth as individuals as well as build values skillsets to navigate the world around us through the format of creative exploration & expression.

In this 10-week program lead by mental health professional with shared lived experience, we will use a variety of artistic mediums to explore various themes in mental health, identity, belonging and community. Participants will have the opportunity to create something each week, reflect on their creations, share their creations with each other, and reflect on the process and the meaning of each other’s creations.
