We provide one on one peer support for youth 29 and under where they can connect in a safe and comfortable environment and share lived experiences, concerns or questions.
Our peer mentoring program is supervised by mental health professionals to ensure that each client is being supported as much as possible and the program is held to the highest standards.
All our peer support volunteers go through an extensive screening and training program as well as vulnerable sector checks.
HOW WE OFFER IT
Interested clients can reach out to us through our website, email or phone and we'll book an initial visit were we can discuss what our clients hope to get our of the program and get to know them a bit.
From there, we'll match them with a mentor we feel could best address their goals, needs and lived experience and make the connection.
After that, we'll stay in contact on a regular basis to provide more support as needed and ensure the program is as successful as possible.
